Dialing for dollars, using call centers to keep your customers (satisfied)

Article Abstract:

A call center is defined as any combination of customer service representatives (CSRs)and computerized voice response units enabling customer contact via telephone. Enhancing the connection between call service representatives and the hardware helps the CSRs become more productive by giving them better customer and company information.

Mergers and acquisitions have a negative effect on the credit standing of the companies involved. The credit rating of the companies are closely monitored during the merger process and the credit rating of one of the participants usually degenerates after the merger is completed.
