Hyundai Electronics Industries Company Ltd has developed the HGC-610e cellular phone. The product features Web browsing functions. It works with code division multiple access and Advanced Mobile Phone System services. The phone also handles short message services. Its simplified operations is possible through a graphical user interface and an enhanced variable- rate codec. It adopts a clamshell design and weighs 91.3g and measures 86 x 50 x 23.8mm.

Hyundai HSS-800CI set-top boxes

Hyundai Digital Technology Co has developed he HSS-800CI set-top box which can detect NTTSC and PAL signals automatically. It features multiple access through a twin card reader that works with Viaccess, Irdeto, Ngravision, conax, Criotpworks and other common interface systems. It also provides 1,800 freely programmable channels. It employs Digital Satellite Equipmeent Control with a fully mechanical polarizer.

Chunglam set-top box positioners

Chunglam Digital Company Ltd has developed a positioner designed for built-in use in set-top boxes. The positioner handles digital and analog signals and features a common inerface compatible with PCM-CIA specified scrambling systems includng Irdeto, Videto, Viaccess, Criptowork, Nagravision and Aston. The remote controller governs the antenna dish directly with automatic switching to the necessary channels.
