Managing complex projects

Article Abstract:

Ensuring the inter-operability between various systems for effective project management is a challenging task. While modifying the original system specifications, communication from sub-contractors, general contractors and the clients is rarely forthcoming. Pre-construction meeting specifying job scope and monthly job-site meetings with all the parties involved can ensure the successful completion of the project.
