Traffic Builders: Back to School

Article Abstract:

Scarborough is initiating a program that will provide schools with up to $4 million worth of software. Purchasers of one of Scarborough's seven educational programs will become donors in another program to a school or teacher of their choice. The program will run between September 15 and December 15, 1984. A photograph of Scarborough promotional material is included.
