Article Abstract:

Kay's Kloset filed a case against supplier Leegin Creative Leather Products under allegations that antitrust was violated, and the former won the case. An appeal was brought to the U.S. Supreme Court, which ruled to lift the per se ban on minimum price agreements on June 28, 2007. The events that led to the case that affected the retail industry are presented.

Delphi Roady XM Receiver

Delphi XM Roady satellite radio receiver is easily transportable, and provides access to 101 XM stations. The Roady can store artist, track and channel information. Other features of the Roady are the seven backlight display colors and the smallest satellite radio antenna.
