Article Abstract:

Electrical contractor, Celtic Contracting installed floodlighting at Cardiff Atms Park, Wales. Over 210 2 kW floodlights are used to provide 2,000 lux on the playing field. Six control cabinets are mounted on the rooves of the stands. They face hostile environmental conditions and are heavily built; they were installed with the help of a helicopter to lift them into position. The ISIS building control system is used to switch three light levels and monitor phase failure.

Article Abstract:

Memories of a mother's seemingly strange vocabulary include words such as dawdle, lollygag, rambunctious, and dilly-dally. These words were confusing to a boy who never heard them used elsewhere. Especially puzzling was the word dilly-dally. It seemed ominous because it was said in a lowered tone.

Splitting the spotted frog

Article Abstract:

A genetic analysis conducted at McGill University has revealed that the Columbia spotted frog and the Oregon spotted frog is actually two different species. The differences of the two frogs, which are not clearly evident on visual appearance, are seen on the size of their heads and belly colors.
