Are you a right-brain or left-brain thinker?

Article Abstract:

Persons in organizations tend to be either right-brain or left-brain thinkers. The left-brain thinkers approach a problem in an analytical, rational, and logical manner. The right-brain thinkers have intuitive qualities and an integrative approach to solving problems. Quality professionals, who are left-brain thinkers, should adopt the qualities of the right-brain thinkers, and the right-brain professionals should learn the qualities of the left-brain thinkers to increase their respective personal potential.
