Hoerbiger-Origa's innovative piezo technology offers a highly efficient connection between electronic and pneumatic components. Its advantages include low power consumption, longevity, quietness and an extensive range of operating temperatures. The technology forms part of the Airfit Tecno pneumatic pressure regulator where its function is to control the airflow by moving between the air outlet and inlet in response to voltage changes. It has a cycle frequency of 43Hz in this application.
