Article Abstract:
Hoerbiger Intervalve has introduced the CX ring valve featuring robust sealing elements including wider flow channels, independent rings that withstand liquid slugs and springs designed for longer valve life and reliability. The CX valve features wide channels for a seat angle of 25 degrees for the highest equivalent flow area. Seat wear is minimized by the use of impact-resistant and tribologically-optimized MC material. It can be used up to 1,916 psi and up to 320 degrees F.

Ty-Flo 3-piece ball valve
Article Abstract:
Tylok International has unveiled the Ty-Flo three-piece ball valve that stabilizes pressure and enhances performance with straight through flow. Standard features of the Ty-Flo include simple on-off operation; positive leak-tight shutoff; an inline serviceable swing-out center section that provides access to internal valve components; and an integral ISO mounting pad with an actuation-centering lip. The valve also has lockable handles to prevent accidental opening or closing.

Type 110 control ball valve
Article Abstract:
George Fisher has unveiled a new Type 110 control valve that gradually increases flow rather than abruptly as in other ball valve designs. The Type 110 combines linear flow output with the design of the Type 346 ball valve, resulting in a cost-effective solution for a variety of control requirements. The valve is available in PVC, PP and PVDF in sizes from 1/2 in to 2 in and in manual, electric, and pneumatically-actuated versions.
