Article Abstract:

A systematic review of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2000 and ISO 9004:2000 is recommended to start. The working group (WG) responsible for ISO 9001 (WG 18) has indicated that the earliest any revision or amendment could be issued would be the second quarter of 2008.
