Circa Leisure are using Lifetime Health and Fitness to organize and supply in-house training for its employees. Lifetime have utilized the Modern Apprenticeship scheme which allows them to offer a wide range of qualifications, including Pool Management Operator, gym instructor and National Vocational Qualifications in management. Circa decided to introduce their own training scheme to help their employees develop their careers with the company, to standardize training and to improve retention of staff.

Article Abstract:

A minimalist movie style developed in Denmark in 1995 is having a major impact on the motion picture industry, and is likely to be taken up by Hollywood, though it was initially conceived as a way of subverting Hollywood. Thomas Vinterberg and Lars Von Trier developed the style, which came to be called dogma. Aspects of the style include hand-held cameras, shooting on location, and sound produced at the time of the shooting. Dogma movies can be produced cheaply, but have to be well-crafted to succeed.
