Paperless solution cuts hassle

Article Abstract:

Kent Manufacturing Co solved the problem of creating quality documentation to comply with the ISO/QS 9000 certification by using Powerway's Policy Writer 9000, Procedure Writer 9000, Instruction writer 9000 and Document Manager 9000. After the quality manual was completed, Kent worked on the policy procedures and work instructions and sent them to its registrar for documentation. No documentation problems were observed which was attributed to the documentation software that the company used.
