Put production data on the Web, easily

Article Abstract:

Manufacturing companies may be able to exploit the full potential of information sharing through the use of the Internet. Web-browser technology does not only allow companies to share information with customers or suppliers, but generate considerable time savings, as well. The technology further allows users to create interactive Web pages that are highly secured and can easily be updated. A particular Web tool worth using is the ActiveProject 3.0, which is designed to help beginners assemble their own electronic page. The program is easy to use since it merely requires users to drag and drop files from file to another.
