Management professor Lisa D. McNary recounts his association with his professor W. Edwards Deming, who has contributed enormously for the promotion of quality management studies. McNary narrates Deming's teaching style, his wit and humor and his precision of language that communicate his intentions for the betterment of quality lives.

Better teaching with Deming and Bloom

Article Abstract:

Deming's quality management concepts combined with Benjamin Bloom's cognitive taxonomy can improve teaching. A quality control sheet monitors improvement, integrates the subject matter with the taxonomy and documents transactions between the teacher and the student.
