The next management generation: raised by wolves?

Article Abstract:

Susan Harris of the Advanced Management Institute for Architecture and Engineering believes that the current generation of management is responsible for turning out ill-prepared leaders. According to her, leaders are groomed by a boss who is not afraid to face the future through challenging assignments. To develop leadership potential, she advises managers to teach leadership skills, communicate more with their employees and maintain good relationships with their coworkers.
