The Dow Chemical Company, Skandia and Buckman Laboratories International are some of the increasing number of companies which are developing measurement systems to improve their management of their intangible assets. These measurement systems align individual actions with organizational strategies and anticipate financial outcomes to avoid negative and enhance positive outcomes.
