You need glands

Article Abstract:

The overall performance of sophisticated electrical systems depends on the quality of all components, however small. Specifying all requirements for electrical projects is a complex task and wide ranges of products need to be considered. Critical to the overall performance of such systems are cable and cable accessories, such as cleats and glands. Specifiers must make sure that all electrical parts comply with relevant standards, are third-party approved and perform to the required level. Contractors must ensure that components used are reliable, of high quality and are guaranteed.
