Article Abstract:

A study indicates the importance of Nursery areas for fish in the Baltic coastal zone, as there is a decline in catching freshwater species such as pike and perch due to recruitment failure. The study also shows there are changes in the young-of-the-year (Y-O-Y) fish community due to boating and navigation activities.
