Phosphorus control and biosolids recycling

Article Abstract:

Biosolids which contain phosphorous are dangerous and should not be produced. Phosphorus controls are being implemented all over the US. Manufacturers which use animal manures are likely to produce phosphorus-contaminated biosolids. Biosolids should be used on sites that are being reclaimed rather than on agricultural sites. Animal food products are being developed to incorporate bioavailable phosphorus products.
