Article Abstract:

Understanding diversity in society is important to be able to provide equitable services to the members of community. Grampian Fire and Rescue Service recognizes this concern and a Cultural Awareness booklet was published by the service to ensure that their employees are aware of the religious, cultural and linguistic differences of the people that they are serving.
