Dart targets foam cup recycling

Article Abstract:

Dart Container Corp. launched two recovery programs aimed at foodservice providers. The Cups Are Recyclable (CARE) program is aimed at large institutional eating places. Under CARE, these places get a densifier from Dart. The crushed materials are picked up by Dart and brought to their facilities. The other program, Recycla-Pak, is for smaller restaurants and canteens. Under this program, canteens are given Recycla-Paks, which serves as the recycling containers for used cups. These packs are also picked up by Dart.
