Senate lawmakers seek to limit scope of diesel sulfur review

Article Abstract:

Several members of the Senate are proposing that the Environmental Protection Agency perform a review of the implementation of its diesel sulfur regulation. The lawmakers are recommending the review be conducted under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, and be restricted to members of an existing agency advisory panel.
