What New York City informs us about whom recyclers should consider to provide service

Article Abstract:

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg in the New York City believes that the saving of recycling lie in long-term contracts with recycling companies rather than short-term contracts with lest efficient waste removal companies. The commitment by real recycling companies, and the hostility by garbage firms with recycling units show that some of the people in the national garbage companies' recycling divisions and subsidiaries are informed as well as personally committed to recycling.
