Issues concerning the appointment of Hector Barreto Jr. as the head of the Small Business Administration by the United States president George W. Bush are discussed. It is emphasized that Hector Barreto's first tasks in office are related to the budget for the financial year 2001.

Business owners who operate out of their homes should consider both the pros and cons of moving to an office. Advantages include gaining more space and projecting a more professional image. Drawbacks include having to travel to get to the office and paying rent.
