Dialing for dollars: as international trade surges, CEOs are finding inventive and cost-effective ways to conduct long-distance business

Article Abstract:

Some Hispanic businesses reduce the cost of their long-distance calls by using 'callback.' This technique allows a non-US subscriber to use a US dial tone and US rates to call any place in the world. Internet calls also save money, but most small businesses use the services of the major carriers.
