Jose Valdez employs 20 tax preparers at his tax preparation franchise Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in San Antonio, Texas. He has had a very good return ratio in the number of people who came back from last year. They have brought friends with them which has increased his business during the two tax seasons he has operated in San Antonio.
