Making best practices even better: A changing business landscape means rewriting the rules on workplace diversity

Article Abstract:

Writing the rules on working diversity and holding leaders accountable is the push Corporate America needs to continue improving best practices in workforce, outreach, and supply-chain management. The practices such as skill-based diversity training, technological innovations to identify and nurture job candidates and suppliers, and high levels of cost and return on investment accountability are considered to be the best practices for corporate diversity.

The high-tech age is speeding up the company life cycle and mergers and acquisitions enable large corporations to acquire companies that can further their strategic goals.
