The food industry has played a major role in the Hispanic economy for many years as evidenced by the inclusion of Goya Foods, Lopez Foods and Ruiz Food Products on Hispanic Business 500 's manufacturing sector. The market is expanding and more U.S. and foreign supermarkets are using these products.
