Chief Executive Officer Phyllis Scott Buford of The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management believes that pursuing an MBA lessens the under-representation of Hispanics in the business industry. Buford also believes that an MBA makes individuals highly flexible.

Small banks see big-time growth
