I had to get a size or two larger in a short sleeve summer weight jacket in order to fit my body but the shoulders are to wide. How would I alter?

Fitting pants from a sloper

Techniques for getting pants fitted by using a sloper are outlined. Other uses for a sloper include altering a taper on a skirt and converting a fitted waist to elastic.
