'The Wine Spectator' has selected 219 restaurants throughout the world to join the roster of restaurants offering fine wines. This year, the winners of the 11th year are added to the previous 916 winners. International winners include places in the Caribbean, France and others.

Three stars times two: Michelin awards Alain Ducasse its highest honor again

Renowned chef Alain Ducasse runs two three-star restaurants and is a consultant to a third. Three stars go to Le Jardin des Sens in Paris and Le Louix XV in Monte Carlo. Ducasse consults for Pierre Gagnaire in Paris.
