Some worriers state that young adults in their twenties and thirties do not like wine and the boom in the wine industry will decline. Predictions of gloom for the wine industry have been spread before, but the wine industry has continued to thrive.

Are you all wet about your wine cellar?

Article Abstract:

Wine cellars should be maintained at nurturing temperatures of between 50 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit and be free from direct sunlight. The temperature should be warm enough to permit slow maturation while preserving the wine's freshness.

Possibilities of matching wines to foods are suggested. Three recipes for appetizers, soup and main course are presented, and various wines matching each dish are described. Matching red wines with a veal main course is recommended.
