Heartbreak no more: California Pinot Noir wins big again in 2003

A review on the best and new Pinot Noir wines introduced in California in the year 2003 considering the upgrade in their quality is presented. One key factor in the rise in quality of the wines is that the winemakers are buying or growing grapes in multiple vineyards and regions.
