For many years, NacX Nakamura and Marubeni Corp have traded successfully. Now, Marubeni has acquired a 14.75% stake in NacX Nakamura, strengthening Marubeni's holding in chilled and frozen foods. NacX Nakamura posted [yen] 150.7bn in sales in 1997. This deal provides NacX Nakamura with expertise from Marubeni, a large trading company, and the investment also increases NacX Nakamura's expansion potential.
