France is filled with excellent restaurants and innovative chefs, and Paris has 18 restaurants with three Michelin stars. Restaurants of Paris, Burgundy and other regions are discussed, along with several top chefs and their specialties. The financial hazards of the business are also discussed.

Bordeaux's Vinexpo benefits from good demand for wine

More than 2,000 wine and liquor firms were represented at the Vinexpo held in June 1995 in Bordeaux, France. The mood at the event was upbeat owing to the good harvests and general improvement of the economy.
