Serious steak!

Article Abstract:

Ten steak houses were rated out of 35 as the best such establishments in the US. They were rated for beef and food quality, service, atmosphere and wine lists. The restaurants are in California, New York, the southern states, Texas and New Mexico. Various aspects of steak houses are described.
