The two kinds of salmon, Pacific and Atlantic and variety of other salmons under Pacific and Atlantic salmons that are available in the United States market are discussed. The price, availability, and the different ways in which they are prepared in restaurants are mentioned.

Tuna a' la can

The olive oil-packed tuna fish is more preferred by the Italians than the tuna packed in water whereas the Americans prefer this variety since it has fewer calories. The light colored tuna is also popular among the Americans since its flavor is milder.
