California chef Roxanne Klein and Chicago chef Charlie Trotter expresses their views on the result 'Raw' the recipe book of their group friendship and a shared curiosity about the raw food that would go better with the right wine. The dehydrator that is used for raw foods kitchen useful for nonraw eaters is explained.
