When culinary cultures collude

Article Abstract:

A seven-day symposium called the American Food Revolution is held in England, a neutral ground to bring Americans and the French together to discuss common matters related to food and wine. Heads of food and wine industries attends the event from France, the United States and Britain, who feast on a fusion of French and American cuisine in an atmosphere of harmony and goodwill.
