While there are expensive wines available there are also many good wines priced between $8 and $12 per bottle. Technological improvements and increased attention to grape quality have made high quality wine affordable.

Many people believe that good wines are necessarily expensive, and this is not true. Particularly today, terrific wines can be found at extremely reasonable prices. Great bargains can be found for $15 a bottle.
