Education: The new way to sell wine

Article Abstract:

Andrew Fischer, president of Astor wines in New York, and Doug Duda, executive director of Astor Center, are planning building a new wine education center at Astor Wines in New York. These innovative wine shops attract more entry-level wine drinkers and also create an environment that would be conducive to dialogue.
