Spring cookery need not be elaborate and take too long to prepare. A typical dinner entree could consist of rib eye steaks with vinegar glaze, angel hair pasta with smoked salmon and dill, braised spring vegetable medley, chicken and goat cheese and chives and salad with walnut-mustard dressing.
