Recipes for a dinner for eight are given. These include herb-and-spice roasted beef tenderloin with red wine-shallot sauce, scalloped potatoes with goat cheese and herbes de Provence, spiced red wine with Brandy and citrus and more. Accompanying wines are also recommended.
