Bob Sykes Bar-B-Q: Bessemer, Alabama

Bessemer, AL is a town of around 35,000 near Birmingham, and barbecue is one of the most popular dishes in the town. Bob Sykes Bar-B-Q was voted the best in a 1991 TV poll. The restaurant has an open-pit and flavorful sauces. Recipes presented include Bama's best barbecued spareribs.
