Less is more: spa fare coast to coast

Article Abstract:

An evaluation of the spas in the US shows the possibility of giving nutritious foods to vacationers without sacrificing the taste. Vacationers can have foods, such as striped bass with burgundy butter sauce and turkey burgers, that are low in fat but high in taste.
