Less is more: dining on the light side, a taste of the Mediterranean

Well-trimmed lamb chops are excellent for a low fat meal. The light dishes offered include lamb chops with white beans and gremolata garnish which is mainly parsley, and green beans with lemon. The recipes serve four, and each serving is about 42 calories.
