Cocktails are making a comeback as a significant aspect in successfull entertainings. Popular cocktails include the Cosmopolitan, Sidecar, Negroni, Spirited Sipping and Champagne. A recipe that calls for a lot of salt is best with more roundly fruity, lower-alcohol wines.
