Vegetables prepared with a variety of spices and flavors, Moroccan style, can pep up the daily servings of vegetables. Flavorful dishes include Cooked Carrot Salad with Toasted Cumin Dressing, Spicy Bell Pepper Salad, and Zucchini, Onion and Tomato Salad with Saffron and Cinnamon.
