An egg dish with delicious white truffles from Italy is made with creme fraiche, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and two large eggs. This dish calls for $2,000 per pound tartufi bianchi, and the ingredients are baked in a ramekin. White truffle paste can be substituted for fresh truffles.
