Control your hunger pangs - and lose weight

Article Abstract:

Learning to control hunger pangs is necessary for weight loss. It involves both determination as well as diet changes, such as switching to other foods that reduce hunger or maintaining a certain level of intake to prevent hunger pains. Foods that convert to sugars should be eaten in small quantities.
